The pool was really big. It has an in-pool bar too, neat, i suppose.
The noise was too much. There was live music so loud, that it went on until at least 10pm. You would think an airport hotel might consider if guests need sleep after long flights. What a joke.

The pool is very large! The main restaurant provided a really lovely dinner near reception. I enjoyed the food there. The hotel grounds are extensive and very pleasant, which I discovered during a morning walk. I would say that it is an amazing place. I was thankful for the hotel's transport to the airport. It was a great service.
I found the shuttle times to be a little inflexible. I was also annoyed because I assumed when we booked that the times would be more flexible. That assumption came since the free shuttle aspect is even mentioned in the hotel's name.

the free airport shuttle made arrival easy. the gym had three treadmills plus two stationary bikes. my room came with two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the large pool included twenty loungers and also a shaded area.
the breakfast coffee machine dispensed drinks slowly.

I witnessed kwan and colleagues providing fast service at the diva cafe. the front desk reception offered great customer service. The staff handled inquiries efficiently. they were helpful in sorting drinks and food .

the free shuttle service to the airport was convenient. i appreciated the clean state of my room when i arrived it had everything i needed for my stay.
the breakfast room seemed understaffed for the number of guests. the air conditioning in the breakfast room did not seem to work properly
